Reviews and Ratings
We had a wonderful stay at Marriott's Aruba Surf Club, perfect for family vacations! The lazy river and pools were a hit with the kids, and the spacious villas provided plenty of room for our family. While we loved the activities offered, the service could definitely use some improvement, especially during busy peak times. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family-friendly getaway with great amenities, though be prepared for crowded areas during peak season.
Our recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is great, but I found the overall experience disappointing, particularly with the service and dining. The rooms were spacious enough for our family, but the check-in process and housekeeping left much to be desired. If you're willing to wake up early for pool chairs, you might find some enjoyment here, but there are certainly better options elsewhere.
The hotel is perfect for a family vacation, with spacious apartments and fun activities for kids. The pools and lazy river are a hit, but expect crowds during peak times and some service issues. Overall, it’s a great place for families, but couples seeking serenity may want to consider other options.
The Marriott Surf Club is a gorgeous place for a family vacation with plenty of activities and a stunning pool area. However, the chair reservation system is frustrating, making it a hassle to secure poolside seating. Additionally, my room's mattress was very uncomfortable, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, it has amazing amenities but certain aspects could use some improvement.
Our stay was quite the mixed bag. While we loved the beach and enjoyed the lazy river, the new online reservation system for palapas was a real letdown, making it hard to relax. The furniture needs updating, and we found the cleaning schedule inconvenient as well. Despite these issues, the overall environment was fun and friendly, and we truly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in our villa.
